  • Pricing
    Prices are based on passengers being ready to travel at the booking time.
  • All fares quoted are for point to point and any diversions, stop over will be charged at £5.00 with fare quoted.
  • Passengers travelling through congestion zone Monday to Friday 07:00 am to 18:00pm will be charged the daily rate £11:50
  • All cash fares are paid to the driver in British Sterling (£) at the end of your journey.
  • Payments
    Credit card payments should be made at the time of booking unless passenger opted cash payment mode or booking via telephone.
  • Credit/debit card payments made will incur an extra charge of £7.00 for processing and bookings.
  • Refunds / Cancellations
    We will issue a full refund on journeys that are cancelled within 2 hours of a pick up. Or due to events that are out of the hands of the passenger e.g. Airport strikes, weather issues, accidents. We do not offer refunds for passengers who do not turn up at the airport or pickup destinations without providing a mininmum of 2 hours notice.
  • Additional Info
    All baby seat / booster seat requests are subject to a charge of £6.00 each.
  • Our saloon and estate cars are insured for hire and reward for maximum of 4 passengers only.
  • Our MPVs (Many People Carrier) are insured for maximum of 6 Passengers only.
  • Normal luggage assumes that 1 Medium Size suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage 56cm (H)*45cm (W)*25cm(D) (approximately 22 inches x 17.5 inches x 9.85 inches). Per person, any luggage that our private hire vehicles cannot accommodate is the responsibility of the passenger.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any passenger and our services if their luggage’s are extremely excess and deemed as unsafe for the vehicle on the road.
  • Generally passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggage/s. Our drivers will offer help with your luggage at the passenger’s discretion.
  • Any fouling of the private hire vehicle by any passenger will result in a charge of a minimum of £25.00 dependent upon the severity of the fouling.
  • Transfers4Airports will prosecute any person who causes damage to any private hire vehicle booked through us.
  • There are seasonal 50% surcharges on our prices on specific dates only. These are 24th -26th December & 31st & 1st of every year.
  • All payments can be made in cash or credit/debit card. In the case of card payments, your card will be charged before or on the day of the journey. In the event of a cash booking you may pay the driver cash (GB £) at the end of your journey, or maybe charged for instances of cancellation or “no show”.
  • At airports, once the flights have landed, passengers are allowed free waiting time of one hour, afterward a charge of 25p per minute will be incurred. At pickup locations within London and surrounding areas, 5 minutes of waiting time is allowed. Similarly, a charge of 25p per minute will be incurred for waiting. Fares are based on a direct trip with passengers being ready to travel at the time and place as specified.
  • Transfers4Airports shall not be deemed responsible if the passenger does not reach his/her destination for the following reasons;
    • Act of nature, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident, War or threat of War, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition.
    • Acts, restrictions, regulations, bylaws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority.
    • Traffic accidents, traffic hold ups, traffic congestion, diversions, Strikes, lockouts or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of the service provider or of a third party)
    • Flight delays and / or flight cancellations.
    • Power failure or breakdown in the machinery including computer and email systems, networks and our website or booking system.
  • “(14) The operator shall enter into a contractual obligation as principal with the person making the private hire booking to provide the journey which is subject of the booking and any such contractual obligation must be consistent with the 1998 Act and these Regulations”
  • Transfers4Airports as a London PHV operator is responsible for both accepting the booking as well as the provision of the journey.
  • The contract is created between the operator (Transfers4Airports) and the passenger for the booking as well as the provision of the transportation services
  • All pre agreed or estimate fares for the journey will either be collected by the operator (Transfers4Airports) or collected by the driver on behalf of the operator, including arrangements where the driver acts as an agent for the operator collecting fares The booking will always be carried out in a London licensed PHV driven by a London licensed driver Only the operator can cancel a booking with a passenger (although the driver can reject an offer from the operator to carry out a particular journey). However, liability of the journey will remain with the operator.
